According to our cooperation agreement, the two parties will develop a proposal for a controlled testing (sandbox) of the EH-216S aircraft at the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park, in accordance with Resolution 26/2026 of the Hanoi People's Council. The program is expected to be divided into four phases, complying with Vietnamese law and international safety standards.
